Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications is seeking an Equipment Controller to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging and distributing materials and equipment with accuracy and timeliness. The role requires a PA residency, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid PA driver's license.

You will handle monthly counts, vendor shipments, and ensure safe, organized warehouse practices. The position emphasizes safe operation of warehouse equipment, proficiency with Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Residency in Pennsylvania required.
• Valid PA driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience with basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to sit/stand up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Properly managing the flow of material and equipment in and out of the warehouse.
• Accurately maintaining and performing physical counts of warehouse materials on a monthly basis.
• Receiving returned equipment, new inventory and vendor shipments.
• Storing warehouse inventory in its proper place and preparing shipments for return to repairing facilities.
• Operating company vehicles for pick-up and delivery following all traffic laws and company guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, neat and professional appearance of the warehouse at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and productive work environment at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Equipment Controller is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of various warehouse duties such asreceiving, storing, staging and distributing materials, tools and equipment to internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Ability to safely utilize and carry a 12 foot step ladder
