Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Puerto Rico operations. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage and delivery to internal and external customers.

Night shifts are required: 3rd shift—Monday to Thursday 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM; Friday and Sunday 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Candidates must have a Puerto Rico driver license and be able to lift 30+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Available to work night shifts, weekends and/or holidays is required.
• Active Puerto Rico Driver License is required.
• Lift weight from 30 pounds or more as necessary is required.
• Adherence to site safety regulations including wearing required PPE such as steel toe safety shoes, and material handling equipment safety harness; accountable to Cardinal Health’s EHS and QRA policies.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
