Job description

Receiving Associate: Support warehouse operations both on and off the airport site. Responsibilities include processing shipping and receiving functions, unloading trucks, pulling, packing, delivering stock orders, and maintaining shop activities. Associates must communicate effectively with store management, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and merchandise movement. Must learn job responsibilities, including understanding the warehouse layout, inventory types, and merchandise departments.

Replenish Associate: Maintain and deliver stock across various locations throughout the day. Generate reports and fulfill orders to ensure adequate merchandise levels. Work with sales associates and managers to put away stock, set planograms, and support promotions. May perform store functions such as customer service, register transactions, and maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize customer service for internal and external customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through inventory control and distribution.
• Utilize company tools and resources responsibly, following security practices.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain store, stockroom, and warehouse appearance, ensuring safety, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
• Accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and process controls accurately.
• Apply stock security measures consistently as per procedures.
• Resolve inventory issues and escalate when necessary.
• Report and follow up on IMT issues promptly.
• Report discrepancies to management following established procedures.
• Assist with stock pricing and store stocking as needed.
