HVAC Warehouse & Fabrication Manager

Build It. Organize It. Lead It.

Are you the type of person who can't walk through a warehouse without noticing what's out of place?

Do you know the difference between a 90°, a wye, and a transition at a glance?

Can you build systems, lead people, and keep an HVAC operation running like a well-oiled machine?

If so, keep reading.

We're looking for an HVAC Warehouse & Fabrication Manager who wants more than just a job. We need a leader who takes pride in organization, efficiency, craftsmanship, and helping a growing HVAC company dominate the market.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the quarterback of our warehouse and fabrication operations.

Every successful installation starts with the right materials, the right ductwork, and the right preparation—and you'll be the person making sure it all happens.

You'll

• Lead warehouse operations and inventory management
• Oversee HVAC duct fabrication and sheet metal production
• Coordinate materials for installation crews
• Build systems that improve efficiency and organization
• Keep inventory accurate and projects moving
• Create a warehouse operation that everyone else wishes they had

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who just moves boxes.

We're looking for someone who understands HVAC.

Someone who knows ductwork.

Someone who understands what installers need before they ask for it.

Someone who takes ownership and can stay productive without management breathing down their neck.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• HVAC industry experience
• Ductwork fabrication and sheet metal experience
• Warehouse leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• A problem-solving mindset
• Pride in doing things the right way
• The ability to lead by example

Why You'll Love It Here

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Stable, year-round work
• Growth opportunities as our company expands
• A team that values hard work and craftsmanship
• The opportunity to build something you're proud of
• No corporate bureaucracy-your ideas matter here

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

You like things organized.

You take ownership.

You don't wait to be told what needs to be done.

You enjoy building systems, solving problems, and helping a team succeed.

You care about quality.

And when you walk through a warehouse, you know exactly how it should look.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Ready to Build Something Great?

Apply today and show us why you're the leader our warehouse and fabrication operation needs.
