Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Driver in Woodward, OK to use customer service skills in daily logistics. You will pick up and deliver orders, ship/receive materials, maintain stock, and assist customers at the service center.

This on-site role requires 1+ year in warehouse or customer service, data entry basics, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• 1+ yr+ proven customer service / warehouse experience, ideally in a distribution or parts counter environment.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry skills, math & mechanical aptitude, basic reading skills.
• Use of proper English grammar, written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and regular lifting of 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders, ship and/or receive materials, and maintain stock areas.
• Interact with customers at the Service Center and during deliveries to provide first class service.
• Support the Service Center team to grow existing customers and develop new ones, while meeting sales goals.
• Receive and verify incoming materials and prepare sales orders.
• Follow daily work orders and instructions; use equipment and tools as required.
• Assist in counter and telephone sales and order pulling.
