Job summary

Bosch in Houston, TX is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Driver to support warehouse and logistics operations in a dynamic team environment. You will transport goods, manage routes, load/unload cargo, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This role requires driving skills, warehouse knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with others, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating various types of vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Strong time management and route planning.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skill set.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CDL or ability to obtain one (preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods and materials.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficiency.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and inventory transactions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate delivery status and issues to staff and customers.
• Organize cargo to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Assist with warehouse operations and inventory management as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle interior and exterior.
• Work both independently and with the team as needed.
