Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate to serve customers daily, handling picking, loading, and delivering products to customers or other Bosch locations. You will operate vehicles and material handling equipment in compliance with company policy and regulations.

The role supports branch activities, helps with inventory, assists the branch manager, and strives for zero-defect service while maintaining safety, quality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of delivery driver experience with a commercial vehicle weighing 10k-26k pounds.
• 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• As the daily face of the company to our customers, it is imperative to ensure they have a positive experience, while maintain our safety, quality, and other policies and standards.
• Engage in supporting and maintaining the efficient operation of the branch in accordance with current guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures.
• Proactively engage in the safe efficient operation of the warehouse: Shipping and receiving activities as required to assure that products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner.
• Proper picking of orders including managing first in, first out (FIFO) compiance.
• Receive returned product from customers – inspecting for damage, check packing slip for product accuracy, and securing returning product to ensure safe and undamaged return.
• Enhance and improve inventory management.
• Other duties as directed.
