Job description

H.E. Neumann, a leading provider of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Mechanical Contracting Services, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in Wheeling, WV.

The Truck Driver is responsible for handling and delivering all product orders to customers and job sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Delivers tools, materials, or equipment to specified locations at the designated job sites throughout the Wheeling area.
2. Processes delivery paperwork.
3. Maintains driving record and truck log.
4. Performs necessary warehouse tasks in conjunction with deliveries such as pulling/assembling orders and loading the delivery truck.
5. Reports directly to Warehouse Manager daily.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must be able to lift 100 lbs. several times a day as needed for loading and unloading trucks.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Excellent inter-company relations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism during periods of high volume and stress.
• Ability to work with suppliers, service technicians, and management personnel.

SCHEDULE:

7 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. (times may vary slightly)
