Irr Supply Centers, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Driver / Counter Sales Support to join our team in Town of German Flatts, NY. This role covers warehouse, customer service at the counter, and local delivery duties using company trucks.

Position: Warehouse & Delivery Driver / Counter Sales Support

Pay: $18.50 - $20/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Alternating Saturday's 8am-12pm

Job Description:

This is a versatile, hands-on position where you'll wear several hats throughout the day.The role combines warehouse operations, customer service, counter sales support, andlocal delivery driving. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, stays active, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support our team and customers.

Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and pickup trucks.
Ability to successfully complete a required DOT physical.
Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana.
Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and move materials.
Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and reliable attendance.

Position Overview:

As aWarehouse & Delivery Driver / Counter Sales Supportteam member, you'll help keep warehouse operations running efficiently, support our Parts Counter Sales team, assist customers, and make local deliveries.

This is amulti-functional positionwith responsibilities that may vary throughout the day. You'll perform warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, organizing inventory, picking orders, and loading and unloading materials. You'll also support the Parts Counter by assisting customers, pulling products, and helping the Counter Sales team.

When needed, you'll makelocal deliveries using company box trucks and pickup trucks, safely loading and securing materials, transporting products to customers, unloading materials, and providing professional customer service.

What You'll Do:

Warehouse

Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders.
Load and unload materials safely using proper handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks.
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and inventory counts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Delivery Driving

Safely operate company box trucks and pickup trucks for local customer deliveries.
Load, secure, transport, and unload products and materials.
Verify orders and ensure the correct products are delivered to the correct customer.
Provide courteous, professional service at delivery locations.
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Report any vehicle or safety concerns.

Counter Sales Support

Assist the Parts Counter Sales team with customer service and daily counter activities.
Greet customers and help locate and pull products for their orders.
Assist with loading customer purchases when needed.
Keep the counter and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
Build familiarity with our plumbing, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and electrical products.

Previous warehouse, delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.

Comfortable working in a warehouse and customer-facing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials.
Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn about our products and industry.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
CDL experience or a CDL license is a plus, if applicable to the vehicles and routes assigned.
