Novo Building Products seeks a Switch Driver for a first shift warehouse role in Dallas, TX. The position offers competitive hourly wages and requires CDL A or B certification, along with effective communication skills and safety awareness. Candidates will be responsible for driving and securing loads, ensuring a safe operation within the warehouse environment. Position Summary
This is a firstshift warehouse role that pays $20.00 to 22.50/hr. A CDL A or B is required for this role.
The Switch Driver is responsible for driving the trailers in and out of the yard/warehouse and securing loads of product to prepare the trailers for shipment. They should possess adequate communication skills to understand written and spoken instructions, excellent safety awareness, and the ability to perform manual labor. They need to be able to operate a semi-truck with a trailer comfortably and must be able to back trailers up to dock doors, often with other trailers on either side of the dock.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM typically required
Salary: $20-$22.50/hr.
