Job summary

Core-Mark International in Gibsonton, FL is seeking a Driver Check-In Coordinator to manage driver check-ins, ensure accuracy of returns, and liaise with customers, vendors and co-workers. The role requires reliable communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs; it offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 9am with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and/or related experience.
6+ months of warehouse/unloading experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and apply general math skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Experience in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries and ensure accuracy of check-in and returns processes.
Reconcile cash and checks, verify returned items, and update inventory.
Files DOT logs and vehicle maintenance reports; coordinate repairs as required.
Communicate with drivers and inventory personnel regarding delivery challenges and quality concerns.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
