Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a motivated Warehouse Associate/Back Up Driver to ensure orders are received, picked, packed, shipped, wire cutting and general warehouse maintenance are performed accurately and safely. You will support delivery with careful driving and forklift use. Shift: 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Starting rate: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, 401(k) match, profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanner.
• Receive and store inventory safely.
• Perform cycle counts and check-in deliveries/returns.
• Operate forklift and load/unload materials safely.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse conditions.
