Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to perform loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, and related duties. The role includes forklift operation, occasional deliveries using a company or personal vehicle, and maintaining accurate records. An acceptable MVR is required as the position may involve driving.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (strongly preferred) and 0–2 years of related experience. The role is based in California with an hourly pay range described below.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, and transports goods.
• Operates forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Delivers materials using company or personal vehicle (non-DOT) as needed.
• Checks items against orders and packing slips; reports discrepancies.
• Prepares records and maintains documentation per policies.
• Performs routine vehicle inspections and safety checks.
