Codale Electric in Elko, NV is seeking a Warehouse / Driver Associate to load and unload, deliver materials to customer sites, and support ordering and shipping processes.

You will perform pre-route inspections, ensure proper loading, operate forklift when needed, and maintain warehouse cleanliness while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
• Ability to learn to use hand-held scanners and operating systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customer job sites, shops and other locations.
• Perform daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and readiness.
• Ensure truck is loaded, secured, and within weight limits.
• Shipping and receiving products and filling orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with loading/offloading freight and equipment operation.
• Answer customer calls when necessary and assist staff.

A Warehouse / Driver Associate for Codale Electric is responsible for checking and loading material onto truck, delivering material to customers or branches in a timely professional manner, and forming positive customer relationships to ensure the correct material reaches the customer while maintaining the reputation of providing a reliable and accountable delivery service.

What You'll Do:

• Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and other locations
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety & vehicle readiness
• Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitation
• Shipping and receiving products
• Filling orders in support of delivery routes
• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling
• Safe forklift/equipment usage
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
• Able to assist with helping customers and answering phone calls when necessary
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Good oral & written communication skills

• Self-motivated, teamwork focused, and great customer service skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Driving delivery vehicle.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Warehouse Environment
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Location: Elko, NV

Schedule: Within the hours of 7:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
