Codale Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse/Driver Associate to load materials, deliver to customers and branches, and support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 7:00am–4:00pm hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs. A positive team player mindset and reliable on-site attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
• Ability to learn use of hand-held scanners and operating systems.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated, teamwork focused, and great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and other locations.
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety & vehicle readiness.
• Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitation.
• Shipping and receiving products.
• Filling orders in support of delivery routes.
• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling.
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks.
• Able to assist with helping customers and answering phone calls when necessary.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

A Warehouse / Driver Associate for Codale Electric is responsible for checking and loading material onto truck, delivering material to customers orbranches in a timely professional manner, and forming positive customer relationships to ensure the correct material reaches the customer while maintaining the reputation of providing a reliable and accountable delivery service.

What You’ll Do:

• Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and other locations

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Driving delivery vehicle.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Warehouse Environment
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Schedule: Within the hours of 7:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
