Job summary

Tireco, Inc seeks a Warehouse/Driver to join our Kent/Seattle area team. You will handle warehouse tasks—picking orders, loading/unloading, and shipping/receiving—and also deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle, while delivering friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team. CDL is not required in all states; DOT compliance is required; forklift operations will be part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard regular driver's license (no CDL required in some states).
• Meet DOT compliance requirements; pass drug test and DOT physical; eligible for cross-state deliveries as required.
• Able to operate a company vehicle and a forklift; maintain safe driving and vehicle handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Safely deliver tires and wheels using company vehicle; provide friendly customer service.
• Assist with loading/unloading, handling product returns, and payments when needed.

Job Details: Job Location: Seattle - Kent, WA 98031, Salary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 Hourly, JOB TITLE: Warehouse/Driver

As a Warehouse/Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment such as a forklift. Although you will be in the warehouse 90% of the time, you will also assist in safely delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Possess a valid standard regular driver's license, some states may require a Class D license - No CDL required
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and a forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 - 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift.
