Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Williston, VT is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. You will safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts, ensure on-time deliveries, and support warehouse operations.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

What You’ll Do

Delivery & Driving

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations)
• Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here

Warehouse Support

• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly

Safety & Standards

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace
• Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
