Job summary

R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse/Driver in Peoria, AZ. This full-time, non-exempt role involves delivering to customer sites, handling orders, and supporting branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate material handling equipment and a forklift, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Requires a valid license, DOT readiness, and flexibility for occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory 5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18).
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.

Work Environment

Successful completion of pre‑employment screens is required and must be 18 years of age to operate forklift.
