Job summary

OWL Services in Manchester, NH, is looking for a reliable Driver to deliver petroleum parts, pick orders, manage inventory and support shipping/receiving. The role includes updating the computer system and providing on-site customer service at the parts counter.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with overtime potential and overtime pay. Requirements include warehouse/shipping experience, a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a DOT medical card if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping environment and safe driving record.
• Ability to operate a 26ft+ rack body truck and related equipment.
• Proficiency with computers and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver petroleum parts to customers and technicians.
• Pick orders, manage inventory, shipping and receiving.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team. The Driver is responsible for delivering petroleum parts to customers and technicians, picking orders, inventory, shipping & receiving. Updating shipped, received, or picked quantities in the computer system. This is an opportunity for a long‑term opportunity and to join a growing company.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Willing to work greater than 40 hours per week if needed (paid time and 1/2 over 40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Delivering petroleum parts to customers and technicians
• Picking orders, inventory, shipping & receiving
• Updating shipped, received, or picked quantities in the computer system
• Retail/customer service at parts counter
• Organizing and working with service to distribute scheduled project equipment
• Maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or shipping / receiving environment
• Must be able to operate a 26ft + Rack body truck and flatbed
• Proficient with computers
• Clean driving record is a must!
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience dealing with RMA returns
• Commitment to safety and first in class customer service
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Please note: Position dependent on being able to obtain a DOT medical card (Company will pay to acquire)
• Required education: High school or equivalent
• Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
