Job Title: Warehouse/Driver
Full Time/Non-Exempt
Location: Janesville, WI
Reports To: Branch Manager

R.E. Michel Company has been a pioneer in the HVACR and LP equipment distribution industry since 1935.

Work Environment

Join a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety‑sensitive position.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.
