Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport transmission cores between Londonderry and Salem facilities, up to three times daily.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming transmission cores.
• Enter inventory information accurately into the ERP system.
• Review source documents and enter data efficiently and accurately.
• Verify data and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain records of completed work and inventory transactions.
• Upload inventory data to company databases and systems.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory accuracy.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Position SummaryThe Warehouse Driver plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by transporting transmission cores between Moveras facilities and ensuring accurate inventory processing. This position is responsible for operating a box truck between our Londonderry and Salem, NH locations, receiving and inspecting incoming transmission cores, and accurately entering inventory information into Moveras' ERP system.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong data entry skills, the ability to identify transmission components, and a commitment to accuracy are essential. This role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and successfully pass a DOT physical.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely transport transmission cores between the Londonderry and Salem, NH facilities up to three times daily.Receive, unload, and inspect incoming transmission cores.Identify transmission units and accurately enter inventory information into the ERP system.Review source documents and enter data accurately and efficiently.Verify data entered into the system and correct discrepancies as needed.Compile, sort, and validate information before data entry.Maintain accurate records of completed work and inventory transactions.Review error reports, research discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.Upload and maintain inventory data within company databases and systems.Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory and data accuracy.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or data entry experience preferred.Experience operating a box truck is preferred.Basic computer and data entry skills required.Ability to identify automotive components, transmissions, or related parts is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
