Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is hiring for CDL Class A drivers to join our transportation team. You will drive company trucks to deliver petroleum lubricants, load and unload, and ensure accurate deliveries while representing the brand with professional customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT/OSHA, and vehicle inspections at shift start/end. Endorsements such as Hazmat and Tanker are preferred, with ongoing opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving and delivering petroleum products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Company Trucks to deliver lubricants products.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional customer care through service, safe delivery, and product education.
• Confirm Order Accuracy by loading and unloading trucks, recording inventory, and managing deliveries.
• Perform Vehicle Assessments at the start and end of each shift, documenting mechanical or performance issues and reporting them as required.
• Prioritize Safety by adhering to DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements at all times.
• Maneuver Trucks Safely into loading and unloading positions, follow signals from the loading crew, and verify that vehicles and equipment are properly secured.
• Assist Customers Professionally by helping resolve complaints and escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to lifting, pushing, pulling up to and over 40 pounds, bending, stooping, standing, climbing, sitting for extended periods of time, exposure to fuel, heat and cold.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Education - High school diploma or GED and driving school completed.

CDL - Must hold Class A certification, unencumbered driver license.

Experience - CDL driving experience preferred.

Endorsements - Have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or be willing to obtain them.
