Job Description

Join a growing regional HVAC equipment distributor as a Warehouse Clerk / Driver. This role is vital in ensuring timely delivery, proper handling of materials, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for transporting HVAC products, assisting in warehouse operations, and supporting counter sales.

Responsibilities :

• Transport, load, and unload materials to job sites or customer locations
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips; maintain vehicle cleanliness and minor repairs
• Collect documentation such as delivery receipts, driver logs, and maintenance records
• Pick up empty containers or returned products
• Assist in warehouse duties including receiving, order picking, inventory, and organization
• Support counter sales and ensure accurate product handling
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Must pass DOT physical, drug test, background check, and TXDOT hazmat test with endorsements
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• At least 1 year of driving experience or certification from a recognized driver training program
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, squatting, and twisting
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The base pay range for this position is $19-20 / hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
