Job summary

The ICEE Company in the United States is hiring a Warehouse Driver to support the Service Center warehouse. You will receive, ship, and organize shipments for our ICEE products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while representing the brand professionally.

This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid driver's license, and DOT awareness; forklift certification is a plus. The position is on-site and includes uniforms, a gas card, and tools to perform route backup duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT requirements.
• Prefer 2 years of customer service or warehouse experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Drive more than 40% of the time.
• Steel-toed shoes must be worn.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and ships packages using UPS, DHL, FedEx and others.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks with product and POS.
• Maintain POS for Route Sales team.
• Boxes and palletizes product and equipment for shipment.
• Pull orders for distributor pickup.
• Maintain daily/weekly inventory logs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Fills in for Route Sales Drivers when needed.
• Perform general warehouse duties (cleaning, restrooms, organizing, rotating product, shipping/receiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of theoperations leadership,the Warehouse Driver ensures that The ICEE Company is always represented in a professional and courteous manner. Customer service is always capitalized at ICEE, and we have a commitment to success to not only ourCustomersbut also our partners and our peers. The Warehouse Driver will be held to a high standard of service with both internal team members and external customers. The Warehouse Driver performs all aspects of the day-to-day functions within the Service Center warehouse. Additionally, the Warehouse Driver acts as a back-up Route Sales Driver as needed to support customer needs.Team membersin this role are provided with uniforms and, when acting as a Route Sales Driver, a vehicle to complete their route, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receives and ships packages utilizing: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.
• Assists in the loading of ICEE delivery trucks ensuring that they are equipped with ICEE product, current promotional stock, and POS (Point of Sale).
• Maintainsorganization ofPOS for the Route Sales team.
• Boxes and palletizes product, and equipmentfor shipment.
• Pulls orders for distributor pick up.
• Maintains daily and weekly inventory logs.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and ensures the general upkeep of warehouse/office facility.
• Fills-in for Route Sales Drivers as needed. See Route Sales Driver description for detailed requirements.
• Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning,maintaining restrooms,organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

COMPETENCIES:

To perform this job successfully, theWarehouseDrivermust be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations,and service.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements.
• Preferredtwo (2) yearscustomerservice and/orwarehouseexperience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required.
• Ability to Drive more than40% of the time.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft software including Outlook, Excel, and Word, preferred.
• Must haveand wearsteel-toed shoes.

US Hourly Pay Range

$22—$22 USD
