Kerry in Clark, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support dock operations in our Taste Division. You’ll load, unload, pick orders, verify documents, and move inventory while following GMP, safety and allergen control procedures.

Join a hands-on team at our Clark facility, where two buildings handle natural flavorings and seasonings. Pay ranges from $22.07 to $29 per hour, with shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Basic computer and math skills; read, write, and speak English.
• HazMat handling procedures understanding (ideal).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders, load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and on time.
• Verify shipping documents and freight details against bills of lading (BOL).
• Process SAP transactions using RF scanners (Post Goods Issue, inbound deliveries).
• Inspect loads for accuracy, damage, and compliance; report issues.
• Move, stage, and rotate inventory to support production needs.
• Keep dock area clean, safe, and GMP compliant.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, and Allergen Control procedures.
• Support team with additional dock or housekeeping tasks.
