Carolina Beverage Group, LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Dock Clerk to manage truck check-ins/outs, route drivers to docks, and ensure accurate trailer seals and paperwork.

You will handle BOL distribution, keep daily reports, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work with the warehouse lead to maintain steady flow on rotating 2-2-3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Word and Excel.
• Must be able to walk outdoors to direct drivers, hand BOLs, and seal trailers.

Responsabilités

• Check truck drivers in/out by entering data into the system.
• Ensure drivers have valid IDs and licenses.
• Match driver paperwork with trailer seals and apply seals to outbound shipments.
• Assign drivers to dock doors and correct door assignments as needed.
• Run BOL paperwork out to drivers as needed.
• Gather load paperwork and photocopy BOLs for drivers.
• Enter information for daily reports.
• Maintain workflow, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse lead and supervisor on truck movement.

Summary

Warehouse Dock Clerk are responsible to check truck drivers in and out of the warehouse, handle inbound and outbound paperwork, directing drivers to the correct dock doors, and ensuring the trailers are sealed correctly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Check truck drivers in and out of the warehouse by entering their information into our system.
• Ensure all truck drivers have valid identification and drivers' licenses.
• Correctly match driver paperwork with trailer seal and apply trailer seal to outbound shipments.
• Assign truck drivers to dock doors and ensure they pull into the correct door and correct them if necessary.
• Run BOL paperwork out to drivers as needed.
• Gather load paperwork from warehouse operators and follow process of printing and making copies of BOLs to hand to drivers.
• Enter information on essential daily reports.
• Maintain consistent and steady workflow to ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain clean work environment in and outside of the warehouse, dock door areas, ect..
• Work closely with warehouse lead and supervisor to ensure proper flow of trucks in and out of the warehouse.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Bring

• Basic computer literacy and basic Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Must be able to frequently walk outside to direct drivers, give BOLs, and seal trailers.
