As the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead over 30 personnel across a multi-site warehouse operation, including finished goods facilities and a large raw materials distribution site. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and inspire. You’ll guide experienced teams through critical system upgrades, new procedures, and operational growth — all while keeping the human connection at the center of change.
