Compensation:

New hires start between $17.25 and $21.57based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

What you'll do
Perform picking, repackaging, and general warehouse duties under the direction of Pioneer Distribution Center Management.

What you'll bring

  • Must wear required safety protective equipment as required. (i.e. safety glasses, ear and foot protection).
  • Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand continuously for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and reach out and above shoulders.
  • Must be able to handle and grasp small and large objects on a repetitive basis.
  • Must be willing and open to working all shifts.
  • Must be able to read and take direction in English.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to use a calculator and demonstrates the ability to or shows the aptitude to comprehend elementary mathematics.
  • No experience needed
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Operation of electric and manual tools i.e laser scanning devices; drill; computer and printers; band saw and chop saw
