Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Distribution Specialist at our Westford, MA site. Onsite role handling warehousing, order fulfillment, labeling, and SAP-based processes. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance in daily distribution operations.

Responsibilities include material receipt, order packing, and contributing to Quality and Environmental Health programs. Ideal candidates have 1 year experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team or individually.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials to be stored in warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipping to customer sites per process.
• Label and meter packages with various freight systems.
• Package orders with pick lists and fill spaces per specifications.
• Process orders using the SAP system.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Prepare for daily distribution activities.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Health Systems (EHS).
• Comply with FDA regulations and company policies.
