Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a Distribution & Logistics Team Member at its Tennessee Manufacturing Plant. This role keeps raw materials, inventory, and finished products moving efficiently through receiving, storage, and shipping processes, supporting production and delivery of Bath Fitter products.

The position offers full-time, non-exempt hourly work with multiple shift opportunities and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. On-site facility with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience using handheld barcode/RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and store inbound materials and shipments.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trailers and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Maintain shipping logs and inventory records and support continuous improvement.
