Job summary

BrandsMart seeks an entry-level Store Warehouse Associate to distribute merchandise and support warehouse operations. You will work under the Warehouse Manager, handling goods and ensuring accurate handouts to customers.

The role requires basic reading/writing, ability to lift up to 75 pounds (150 with assistance), and the stamina for a full shift with breaks. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse operations experience.
• Language ability may be preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Distribute merchandise to customers with careful, professional handling.
• Load and secure customer merchandise in the vehicle to prevent shifting or damage.
• Have the customer sign the invoice copy; return pink copy to pickup area.
• Monitor for signs of theft or security risks and report concerns to management.
