Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for the Warehouse department to oversee and optimize distribution activities. You will ensure timely, accurate shipments and maintain inventory while coordinating with cross-functional teams and carriers.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related warehouse experience, with a first-shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm) and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of distribution facilities.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Communicate with sales, planning, finance, and carriers on daily operations.
• Assign workers, load/unload trucks, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain records for timekeeping, expenses, and inventory; ensure safety compliance.
