Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Distribution Coordinator in our Warehouse department. The role focuses on directing distribution activities, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory controls to ensure timely product availability and accurate order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with sales, planning and transportation teams, handle bills of lading, and lead a team on a structured first shift with possible overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of related warehouse/Depot experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of distribution facilities.
• Establishes procedures for verification of incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory control.
• Coordinates with sales, record control and purchasing to ensure merchandise availability.
• Communicates daily with cross-functional teams, including carriers, plants, sales and finance.
• Assigns workers to duties such as verifying quantities and assembling customer orders.
