Wilbert’s, a Webster NY-based automotive recycling company, is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution center hub helper. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and space management with attention to detail and independent work ability.

You will load/unload parts, operate pallet jacks, and manage inventory under supervision of the Night Cross Dock Driver, contributing to safe, efficient center operations.

• Understand and use the Automotive Recycling Association's (ARA) part system.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Complete tasks quickly for the General Manager and Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Reports To: General Manager/Night Cross Dock Driver

Status: Non-Exempt

Description: The position of hub helper requires someone who has a strong attention to detail, as well as an ability to solve complex issues relating to stocking, organization and space management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Loads and unloads parts delivered to the distribution center.
• Works closely under the direction of the Night Cross Dock Driver
• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently (ie. pallet jack, etc).
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently and effectively placing items in an organized manner.
• Ability to move vehicles and merchandise without damaging vehicles, merchandise, people or property.*
• Knowledge of the Automotive Recycling Association's (ARA) part system.*
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment and ensures optimized space utilization.
• Completes tasks assigned by the General Manager and Operations Manager quickly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
