Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses in Gibbstown, NJ is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to unload, stage, and load goods for shipping. You will operate warehouse equipment, retrieve items from racks, and maintain a clean, safe environment while meeting standard product rates and accuracy.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. PPE is required, and visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and push-pull heavy loads.
• Ability to maneuver products from floor to overhead.

Responsibilities

• Unload case goods, bedding and/or upholstered furniture with assistance as needed.
• Stage and load/unload products for shipping or storage.
• Palletize product and box product when necessary.
• Operate mobile lift equipment to bin product and place into racks.
• Retrieve product from racks based on load sheet and load trailers.
• Maintain housekeeping and pick up breakage or debris.
• Ensure damaged products are not shipped.
• Interact professionally with co-workers and meet product rate/accuracy standards.
