Job summary

Lennox International is recruiting a Distribution Associate to support the shipment and receipt of materials, equipment, and finished products. The role is an hourly non-exempt position with overtime eligibility based on hours worked.

The position requires basic literacy, a year of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while operating common warehouse equipment such as forklifts. You’ll work standard weekday hours in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and numerical ability.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Able to operate forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, verify against shipment records and inspect condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment as per specifications.
• Record received and shipped items in established procedures.
• Route materials to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation.
