Job summary

rokatec is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support order picking, packing, and shipping for our wire harness production. You will ensure items are accurately picked, packaged securely, and recorded properly as part of our logistics process.

You will also assist with incoming goods, stock checks, and act as a liaison between production and customers, contributing to a smooth, reliable flow of materials and information.

Qualifications

• Experience in order picking, incoming goods or dispatch processing preferred.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Order picking: assemble all the parts required for production according to a parts list – from plugs and cables to small parts. Your eye for quality and completeness is crucial.
• Shipping support (temporary): pack finished products professionally and safely for shipping, create shipping documents and prepare the shipments for our logistics partner.
• Incoming goods: receive deliveries, check quantities and quality, and ensure that they are stored properly.
• Warehouse organization: ensure order and cleanliness in the warehouse, carry out regular stock checks and make sure everything is in order.
• Assist in production and act as an interface between production and the customer.

What we expect

• Precise work and a good eye for quality.
• Reliability, carefulness and the ability to stay organized even on the busiest shipping day.
• Team spirit and a hands‑on mentality – willing to lend a hand where needed.
• Basic written and spoken German.
• Solid PC skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in order picking, incoming goods or dispatch processing. Career changers with organizational talent are also welcomed.
