Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Director for Union Supply Group to oversee all warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of inventory—from purchasing and receiving to storage and distribution—and lead a team of warehouse professionals to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years supervisory experience, strong inventory controls, and proficiency with warehouse management systems.

• Experience with P&L accountability and/or contract-managed services
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory software

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of products and equipment across stadium concessions, restaurants, and suites.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including specialized handling for chilled or fragile items.
• Maintain tight inventory controls and oversee accurate physical inventories, including pre-kitting processes.
• Optimize warehouse layout and product flow to meet operational needs and special requirements.
• Monitor and meet efficiency targets using computerized systems and automated storage/retrieval technologies.
• Ensure product availability aligns with sales volume and mix by managing par levels and coordinating timely deliveries to all stadium areas.
• Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce vendor and purchasing compliance standards and support forecasting and planning efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event-based operations and ensure seamless execution.
