**Job Description**

The Warehouse Director is responsible for managing a fast-paced & high-volume setting. The role encompasses the full cycle from purchasing to inventory management and maintaining the well-being of the facility.

**COMPENSATION:** The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Guide and control F&B warehouse functions, minimizing product costs and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of products.
  • Plan warehouse layout and coordinate special requirements for specific stock types.
  • Maintain efficiency targets and oversee computerized and automated storage systems.
  • Ensure product availability to support sales volume and product mix, with timely delivery across the stadium.
  • Supervise all warehouse staff, manage physical inventories, and lead pre-kitting processes.
  • Oversee vendor compliance, receiving, processing, forecasting, storing, and distributing inventory and equipment.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years in a supervisory warehouse role.
  • Experience in high-volume stadium or sports environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services is desirable.
  • Willingness to work event-based hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Requisite industry and management experience.
  • Previous inventory management and control experience required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
