Job summary

Norfolk Iron is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Leader in Henderson, NV to manage daily warehouse activities and drive performance. You will lead a team, implement lean initiatives, ensure safety and ISO compliance, and focus on timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes coaching, strong communication, and team development in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience with LEAN, safety, and ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities
