Job summary

Rexel USA in Midland, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to join our team. You will fill orders accurately, receive and stock materials, and support shipping activities while maintaining safety standards.

This role includes an essential driving component, with up to 50% of time spent delivering to customers and suppliers. No CDL is required, but a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and stage materials per SOPs and inspect for damage.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as required.
• Process shipments with correct documentation and labeling.
• Load/unload vehicles and prepare deliveries to customers and suppliers.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
