Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork, and daily warehouse closing.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in amount, size, and type; inform management of shortages and assist in inventory counts.
• Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or shipments; segregate defective product from normal inventory flow; prioritize and pick material to fill orders.
• Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment; ensure space for overflow.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; lift products up to ~50 pounds; handle tires exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and maintain operator license if required.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks; keep areas clean and orderly; assist in daily warehouse closing.
• Prioritize and pick materials for order fulfillment; stage items for loading.
