Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Warehouse II to move products within the warehouse and serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. This general labor role prioritizes picking and staging orders, with lifting up to 150 pounds and occasional forklift use.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, paperwork handling, reporting damaged stock, organizing stock by product line, and assisting in daily warehouse closeouts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED degree.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks and daily warehouse closing.
• Verify incoming/outgoing products for accuracy and report shortages.
• Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage for loading.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform periodic housekeeping and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and handle tires weighing up to 50+ pounds.
• Support inventory counts and ensure proper product storage by line and space.
