Essential Functions

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare/load goods for delivery, shipment, and/or pick-up
• Inventory tracking of levels and locations of goods, equipment, parts, etc.
• Provide labor and support to field personnel (from all departments)
• Fielding in-coming calls and coordinating with other members of the team to facilitate requests
• Will operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods
• Will operate automatic and manual transmissions, pull trailers of various sizes and lengths, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment
• Maintaining a clean and neat Warehouse, Shop, and Property, which includes sweeping, trash, mopping, recycling, mowing, snow removal, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High integrity and high energy
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one
• Ability to work successfully and efficiently under the pressure of deadlines
• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, manual transmissions, trailer pulling, and other equipment preferred
• Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration products is strongly desired
• High School Diploma or GED is Required
• Clean DMV and Criminal Background

Physical demands and abilities

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-70 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
