Job summary

Reece Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material while maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.

On the road and in the warehouse, you will deliver materials to customers with exceptional service; lift up to 75 pounds, stand 8 hours, and perform order picking, shipping, and cycle counting. This is a full‑time, onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must lift to 75 pounds, stand/walk up to 8 hours daily.
• Warehouse experience including order picking, shipping/receiving, cycle counting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material with inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate power equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Deliver materials to customers with exemplary service both in warehousing and on the road.
