Job summary

Gexpro in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to accurately fill orders, receive and ship materials, and maintain warehouse safety. The role includes driving responsibilities without a CDL, delivering products to customers when needed, and supporting daily operations at the branch.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass pre-employment checks, and a willingness to work with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Highest safety standards and ability to follow procedures
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old
• Certification to operate forklift preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and stage materials for shipping/receiving
• Operate delivery vehicle for parts delivery up to 50% of time
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment in good condition
• Complete required paperwork and shipping documentation
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicle daily
• Adhere to DOT, local and state driving laws
• Support training of entry level drivers
• Perform other duties as assigned
