Job summary

Professional Contractor Supply is seeking a Warehouse/Backup Driver to support daily warehouse operations and perform duties assigned by the Manager. The role requires teamwork with the counter, shipping/receiving, drivers, and outside sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• A minimum of 2 years driving experience with 16ft trucks, forklifts, and man lifts.
• Must be familiar with the local area and be able to read directions and use street maps to plot delivery routes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs to load/deliver packages.
• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient in computer and general internet usage.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and packaging units for outgoing shipments.
• Affixing shipping labels on packed boxes.
• Staging merchandise for shipment and loading/unloading trucks.
• Sorting and placing merchandise in proper stock areas.
• Assist Manager and coworkers to keep warehouse neat and safe.
