Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver to support warehouse operations and occasional customer deliveries. You will fill, package, and ship orders promptly, while ensuring proper handling throughout the process.

The role involves driving a non-CDL vehicle, maintaining accuracy, and upholding safety standards. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing Midwest family business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 21 and have a medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use RF gun to fill, package and ship orders accurately.
• Process incoming product quickly and check for damage.
• Track order status and communicate discrepancies to the team.
• Deliver merchandise to customers in a non-CDL vehicle.
• Drive company vehicles defensively and follow all laws.
• Label outbound material and verify quantities against documents.
