Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3–5+ years of delivery driving experience, preferably in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Box truck driving experience.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and material handling.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• HVAC/R experience a plus.
• Customer service/sales experience.
• Strong technology skills; ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in full compliance with safety and fleet guidelines; maintain professional appearance.
• Deliver products to customers and other facilities in a timely, professional manner.
• Verify delivery documentation and load accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper storage.
• Use RF scan gun to manage inventory and track inbound/outbound freight.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
