Job summary

Hörmann North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to ensure smooth handling and delivery of products from our Murfreesboro, TN location. The role primarily covers warehouse duties with occasional driving responsibilities and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include order processing, packing, shipping, inventory organization, and customer-facing delivery duties. Must hold a high school diploma, be able to operate power equipment, and obtain DOT medical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate power equipment.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical certification and maintain it.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack as certified and prepare shipments.
• Move and organize inventory in designated areas and assist with counts.
• Drive delivery vehicle when needed and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure safety and compliance during loading/unloading and transport.
